On Monday, the LA Clippers overcame a 14-point deficit in the final 3 minutes of regulation to beat the Detroit Pistons 142-131 in overtime. LA was behind 126-112 with 3 minutes remaining. Before Monday, teams were 2-12,873 since 1996 when trailing by 14 or more points with 3 minutes remaining. The Clippers were 0-417. Incidentally, the Pistons were getting 6 points. So there’s that too!!
