Heisman Watch

by MIke Griak | Nov 22, 2022 | Inside Cover

All year, the Heisman trophy was up for grabs with no clear cut favorite emerging. That has changed in recent weeks. CJ Stroud of Ohio St. is the favorite despite a mediocre performance against Marlyand (-125). Caleb Williams of USC is the new darling after his 500+ yards of passing against UCLA (+125). It drops off in a big way after that : Blake Corum of Michigan (+1200), Jayden Daniels of LSU (+3000), Bo Nix of Oregon (+4000), Max Duggan of TCU (+4000). If Stroud has a big game vs. Michigan, he will be tough to beat. We like Williams though. Expect a huge game from him vs. Notre Dame.
