AFC North
Cincinnati Bengals – Over 10, The combination of a good team and a very favorable schedule I think they go 12-5.
Pittsburgh Steelers – Under 7, Mike Tomlin has never had a losing season in 14 years with the Pittsburgh Steelers, I think that changes this season with all the new faces and the end of the Big Ben Era. I think the D is solid, but Mitch Trubisky need I say more. 6-11.
Cleveland Browns – Browns unavailable until a decision is made on Watson.
Baltimore Ravens – Over 9.5, Lamar has proven to me he can win regular season games, the Defense is always going to be good 13-4 my only question is can Lamar take them to the promise land?
NFC North
Green Bay Packers – Over 11, Packers have Rodgers and a running game, Defense is solid across the board. But who becomes the WR to step up and fill the loss of Adams? 12-5.
Minnesota Vikings – Over 9, I think the Vikings win the division, drafted youth at DB to add to a great pass rush a lot of weapons on offense I think 13-4.
Chicago Bears – Under 6.5, Detroit no longer will be the bottom of the division the bears will be. Everything is on Justin Fields shoulders in a good division 5-12.
Detroit Lions – Under 6.5, I think the lions had a great draft and off-season filling holes. Offensive line, Running game, new WR options heading in the right direction. Goff is the only reason I go under I just don’t trust him. But think they finish 6-11.
AFC West
Denver Broncos – Over 10, The AFC West will be tough to navigate through, but I really like this team now with a competent QB. They have all other levels of the team covered. Broncos’ country…. Let’s ride.
Kansas City Chiefs – Under 10.5, Mahomes will do his thing, but I do not trust that defense one bit. Slight regression season for KC.
Las Vegas Raiders – Over 8.5, Everything that could have gone wrong for them last season did. No way that happens again, right? Devonte Adams has given that offense a huge boost.
Los Angeles Chargers – Over 10, Chargers are going to be nasty. The bookend pass rushers of Bosa and Mack is ridiculous. On offense they’re pretty loaded, led by a great young QB.
NFC West
Arizona Cardinals – Under 8.5, This is a low under to take but I think the Hopkins suspension will be big. I don’t think they have as many playmakers as they’ve had in the past.
Los Angeles Rams – Over 10.5, The defending champs will have confidence, and let’s hope continued hunger. They kept all their important players and should be ready to roll.
San Francisco 49ers – Under 10, I have no clue what they’re really getting in Trey Lance, we will see. I’m saying under.
Seattle Seahawks – Under 5.5, This may be one of the worst teams this year. They have two good WR’s in Metcalf and Lockett but that won’t be enough.
AFC East
Buffalo Bills – Over 11.5, The pre-season Vegas favorites to win the Super Bowl will have a manageable division to play and a ton of playmakers led by QB Josh Allen to be a juggernaut this year.
Miami Dolphins – Under 9, They very well may take a leap this year, but Tua needs to prove he can get it done for a full season before I take an over. Hill should certainly help.
New England Patriots – Under 8.5, I think the Belichick magic slowly starts to wear off. I don’t see an amazing team in NE this year.
New York Jets – Under 5.5, The Jets may be moving in the right direction, but it’s slowly. They are looking at another top 5 pick next draft.
NFC East
Dallas Cowboys – To push at 10 wins, 10 seems like about the exact number. They are very talented, but they seem to find ways to shoot themselves in the foot year after year.
New York Giants – Under 7, I was hoping this number might be a little lower for my G-Men. The schedule is very easy so maybe just maybe that over hits. My friend recently told me if your expectations are low, you can only be pleasantly surprised. So… Under.
Philadelphia Eagles – Over 9.5, This would be an easy over if it wasn’t for the questions at QB. Outside of that this Philly team this season is stacked.
Washington Commanders – Under 8, Chase Young is hurt, Wentz is the QB. Not a lot of juice on this team, I like the under here for sure.
AFC South
Houston Texans – Under 4.5, A big rebuild still happening here. I honestly think only 2 or 3 wins this season.
Indianapolis Colts – Over 10, I think they are a very solid all-around team. Led by Taylor and new QB Matty Ice they should be a tough team to beat.
Jacksonville Jaguars – Over 6.5, I’m taking the over but not by much, maybe 7 or 8 wins. Lawrence takes a huge leap, and the return of Etienne will be big.
Tennessee Titans – Over 9, Big Henry is a monster and I like their defense maybe more than most. They will be solid this year.
NFC South
Atlanta Falcons – Over 5, They don’t seem like a great team, but I sense a slightly better win total then Vegas here. They have some sneaky good weapons.
Carolina Panthers – Over 6.5, I predict 9-8. Christian is back to tear up fantasy numbers at running back, Baker will be a slight upgrade, and I like the defense.
New Orleans Saints – To push at 8 wins, plain and simple there are too many questions marks on this team, but we know they have talent, and it’s not the hardest division by any means.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Over 11.5 wins, I will say a 14-3 record. Brady’s last hurrah, the team will rally around him. The Buccs are loaded with talent and should have no problems in the NFC South.
